STEP 1: Consultation
We understand that whether it’s replacing a deck or adding on to your existing home may be a worrisome and stressful process. At A Plus Summer Construction, we pride ourselves on helping out homeowners by doing a walkthrough project and hearing what they want to be done, what products they want to use, and also providing additional ideas. With us, we don’t steer our clients to products that they don’t want or need since we listen to their wants and needs. Since the people that you meet in the consultation will be the ones that work onsite, answering any questions or concerns that Homeowners might have
STEP 2: Bidding
With our team of experts, we provide a clear and thorough bid that walks through the project’s scope. Explaining the process and materials needed for completion, we have a turnaround of 1-2 days to return bids to clients. We also answer any questions that may arise with bids that Homeowners may have.
STEP 3: Permits and Prints, 811
At A Plus Summer Construction, We handle Permits, Prints, and Locates. From the bidding process, we provide our clients with prints from our in-house Draftsman, which, in return, we send out to our clients for final approval. Next, we start the application process with the city following the city and IRC codes, taking care of the inspections and permit fees. Finally, we order the location of utilities with 811 from there, we await clearance to start on the job.
STEP 4: Installation and Inspections
We show up punctually and formally to start on the Project, our completion times are 1-2 days, depending on the project. From teardown to completion, we clean up after ourselves, leaving the job site as it was before work has started on it. As for the inspections, our team will handle the Footing, Framing, and Final inspection and talk to the inspectors if any questions arise, taking the stress off of the homeowners.
STEP 5: Final Walkthrough
Personally, the owner will walk through the project with the homeowners, ensuring a high quality finish and Craftsmanship has been delivered. Answering any questions or concerns that may come up in the end.
Warranty
We offer, whether decks or Additions, a one-year guarantee of labor. As for the products, since it may vary 15-30years but more depending on the manufacturer
